This paper introduces the Electric Control System design of bridge-lift.And explains the transducer choice,communication between the transducer and PLC,Synchronizing Skew Adjustment,Electric Shift,Arrester Control,(这里逗号不能省,注意汉英语言习惯) and safety in details.Practical running demonstrates that this system is dependable and feasible.The electric control equipment consists mainly of a distribution protection system,a hoisting mechanism system,a trolley traveling system,a bridge crane frame traveling system,a PLC control system and an illumination system.The bridge crane adopts an ABB ACS600 frequency converter which makes use of a CDP312 control panel to change the setting up of the ACS600 for satisfying the applied demand.Electric energy consuming presents large parts in the total energy consuming of all kinds of load & unload works,and this electric energy was mainly consumed in all kinds of AC Asynchronous Motors.The Frequency Conversion for Speed Control technology has marktable advantages as follows:energy-saving,automative,high efficiency and quality,less servicing,low laboring intensity.
