1.标题： high scores=one's ability?
Many parents and teachers always try their best to help the children in thier subjects,and to make them get higher grades. However,is a student's mark really as important as his abitity? Is this the only way to know whether he has worked hard or not?
I don't agree.Of course,we need a good grade in order to show ourselves, but it doesn't mean that we do badly even though we haven't got high scores. Your ability is also told by your behaviour in school or at home. For example,you do well in the tests, but if you don't even know how to wear clothes, then, you are not a pupil with good ability.
So I think all of us should fully develop in every aspect instead of getting high scores only.
2. Every child has his own dream, many children dream to go abroad so that they can learn real English and experience western life at the same time. I think that it is one of the best way to make progress in English because it'll certainly help you improve your speaking and listening.
If I have a chance to go to a foreign country,I'd like to visit America. The reason why I choose this country is that it's a wonderful place to study English,I can practise my spoken English here. There are many places of interest to go such as the Yellowstone National Park and the Times Square.
I believe that I'll do better in English after my visit to the USA.
