to read as often as you can,learning English's a long way to go.Try to memorise a sentence where the obscure word's in to get better understanding.there's no way for us to cut across,baby,it's practising more that play the key role in learning

Well, if the words that block you don't affect your reading too much, just let them alone, while if they actually matter the vital understanding of the article, first , you can try to guess their meanings. If you are not able to do that , then you can look them up in the dictionary after you have accomplish a certain chapter . There is no need to know the meaning of a single word as soon as you come across it .
