答：What's the matter? 这是一句歧义句：
1. 出什么问题了？=What's wrong? 其中what是主语，the matter= wrong是表语。
2. 那物质（事情）是什么？类似于What's your name? 你的名字是什么？其中the matter是主语，what 是表语。回答时，说The matter is ... 不过口语中这样的情况很少见。
如果后面加上with sb. 则肯定为第一种解释，没有歧义。所以变为间接引语时，语序不变，仍为主+谓
He asked me what was the matter with me.
记忆理解方法：What's the matter with you.= What 's wrong with you. What是主语， the matter= wrong是表语。
