hear sb do,hear sb doing.hear sb do sth表示“听到某人做了某事”,hear sb doing sth.表示“听到某人正在做某事”,一些感观动词如hear, see, feel, watch等后面既可以接宾语+do sth, 也可接宾语+动词-ing形式构成复合宾语.根据情景及句意的需要许多时候只能用一种,但有时两者都可用而意义没多大区别.
例如:
1、He once heard someone talk about it/ talking about it.
他有一次听到有人谈到过这件事/正在谈论这件事.
2、I like to hear you play the music.
我喜欢听你弹这首曲子.(不用playing)
3、He heard someone playing his Sonata in F.
他听到有人正弹奏他的F调奏鸣曲.

hear sb.do sth.听见某人经常做某事
hear sb.doing sth.听见某人正在做某件事

sing singing
因为前者表经常性动作,用hear就可以了
后者由LISTEN 可看出,强调现在正在进行,所以用hearing
