I feel happy..这里happy跟在feel的后面作表语,用形容词.而happily为副词,一般用来修饰动词.而feel,sound,taste一类表示感觉的单词比较特殊.表示感觉上,听起来,尝起来.之类的单词一般跟形容词.
应该是i feel happy。 happy是形容词，在这里作表语。
happily是副词，要修饰动词等。如：We lived happily。我们幸福地生活
happy是形容词，happily是动词
