“天冷极了，下着雪，又快天黑了，这是一年的最后一天——大年夜……”我坐在窗前，深情地朗读着丹麦十九世纪著名作家安徒生最出色的作品《卖火柴的小女孩》。这篇著作向磁铁一般，深深地吸引着我，使我忘记了自我忘记了周围的一切。我贪婪地看了一遍又一遍。看着，看着，我仿佛走进了一个神奇的世界。在阴暗的墙角边，我遇到了卖火柴的小女孩，她含泪向我倾诉她的痛苦和不幸，我告诉他，我会使她重获幸福。我们手拉手欢笑着，歌唱着远去……“哈哈哈……哈哈哈……哈哈哈……”我被自己的笑声惊醒，我清醒过来，发觉摆在自己面前的仍是那本书，我感到无比得空虚和寂寞。
“在这又冷又黑的晚上，一个光头赤脚的小女孩在街上走着……”我继续朗读着，“那是一个大雪纷飞的夜晚周围死一般的宁静。一个小女孩披散着一头卷曲的’美丽的金发，她衣衫简陋，争着一双惊恐的眼睛，脸和嘴唇冻得发紫冻僵的小手攥着一束火柴，嘴里不断喊着：’谁要火柴……’回答他的只是风雪的呼啸声。看到这里，我的心也凉透了，怎么整个城市会像漫天飞舞的雪花一样，冷酷无情呢？“她赤着脚在雪中行走，终于找到一个角落坐下来。她不能回家，因为她没赚到一个钱。最后，他嘴角带着微笑，无声无息地冻死了。”
