1.How I have changed
Now I am in Junior Three.I have changed a lot.I used to be lazy and didn't work hard.Now I know if I don't work hard,I won't enter a good Senior High school.So I study hard and I often stay up late to review my lessons and prepare for the new lessons.Besides,I didn't like doing sports but now I often run in the morning and play basketball after school.Now I am much stronger and healthier.What's more,I didn't like doing housework.But now I often help my parents with the housework because I think it's our duty to help our parents.
2.My favorite teacher
I have lots of teachers,but Mr Wang is my favourite teacher.He has been teaching English for more than ten years since he came to our school.He is tall and thin.He is kind,warm-hearted and he is an excellent teahcer.When I began to learn English,I found it was hard for me to learn it well.I failed my English tests.It was Mr Wang who encouraged me to study hard and talked with me about ways of learning English.He aslo helped me with my English after class.With his help,I made great progress in my English.Now I am good at English and become one of the top students in our class.Mr Wang is not only our teacher but also our best friend.When we have any difficulties,he can always give us good advice.He is so kind and helpful that we all love and respect him very much.
3.My First Expression of Taking a Plane
Two years ago I went to Yunnan Province with my friends during the summer Vacation.We went there by plane.It was our first time traveling by plane so we felt really excited.It was the fastest way of traveling.It only took us about three hours to fly from Beijing to Yuannan.It was comfortable,too.When we were on the plane,the beautiful hostess were friendly and kind.We could see the beautiful clouds and mountains under our plane.It was so wonderful so if I had a chance,I would like to take a plane once more
4.How to improve English
Learning English takes time so we should spend lots of time practicing using English every day.Besides,we should listen to English English tapes and radio programmes every day so that we can make progress in listening.What's more,we'd better read English stories and newspapers.Recite the wonderful sentences and paragraphs and then try to write diaries in English.Be patient and confident.Don't be shy and don't be afraid of making mistakes.We must understand that mistakes are unavoidable.A saying goes" Failure will blossom into success." So be patient with your mistakes and try to awoid them other time.I believe" practice makes perfect".So if we study hard and have good ways of learning English,I am sure we can get good grades in English.
5.How did I spend the National Holiday
had a seven-day National Holiday.On the first day,I visited my grandparents with my parents.My grandmother cooked us delicious food.Then in the afternoon,we climbed the mountains and we really had a good time.In the evening I did my homework and surfed the internet.Then for the next five days,I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework.I also read some interesting books and visited my friends and played table tennis with them.For the last day my parents and I went to the Summer Palace.We went boating and climbed the hill.I really had a busy and meaningful nationaly holiday.
