As theold saying goes,“ Health is the first wealth .”That means a personwho is in good control of his heath is the richest one. In fact,lots of students don’t pay much attention to it. And I used to beone of them.
In the past, I didn’t payenough attention to my health. I stayed up late and didn’t getenough sleep in the evening. So I felt too sleepy in class andcouldn’t listen to teachers carefully . what’s worse, I hardly didsports. As a result, I often fell ill.
So I decided to do somethingdifferent to change that. First, I get enough sleep at night. Andalso I went to bed earlier than before and got up early. It’srunning. I always run on the playground with my classmates. It’sgood for my health especially my heart. After that, I feel verywell and I get a lot of pleasure from it.

基本切题。表达思想比较清楚,文字上连贯,但语言错误较多,其中有少量严重错误。
?8~6分:
基本切题。表达思想不够清楚,文字连贯性差,有较严重的语言错误。
?5分以上:
条理不清,思想紊乱,语言支离破碎或大部分句子均有语法错误,且多数为严重错误。
?字数要求:150-170字,扣1分;130-150字,扣2分;110-130字,扣3分;90-110字,.扣4分;90字以下,至多给5分。
