Nowadays,no matter where we are,food safety would always be a problem.And we can’t escape from it.We have to eat every day.

For thousands years of human’s history,food safety is a word that has never been mentioned.People grow up their own food or feed domestic animals by them own,with only a small range of exchange or sale.And there’s no doubt the food is absolutely safe.Say,they have to eat it themselves.

But things are different since the industry revolution,food material has been regarded as a kind of production just like duplicated screws on the assembly line.Both quality and quantity have been required.Onemay consider it impossible for that violating the rules of nature.But as the most clever creature of the universe,human,has made it.Mass-produced food material on matter vegetables or animals has been constantly imported to various of metropolitan supermarkets with beautiful decorative packing.People love to buy and love the taste but they have no idea what makes the apples growing up to such a similar side,and how fast the chicken have to grow to serve such a big demand.One would be better not think this deeply,or it must scare him/herself.

The issue here is to find a way out of thefear.Though it is hard to go back to the pure ancient life,the authority is able to introduce more strict policies against food safety crime,and to increase input in monitoring the whole process offood manufacture.Furthermore,consumers have to force their orient to healthy food ,and resist the notion of surplus consumption.Anyway,market is powerful compass to these food producers.

However,it will take a long time to solve the tough problem,we can’t give up.Tomorrow is another day.
