Library is the third home to the most of the students next to the classrooms and dormitories. There are many benefits of reading regularly in the library. We acquire skills and inspiration, increase creativity as well as motivation here. Therefore, it is important for us to have a good library. However, some problems emerge in the process of using our library. On behalf of the students, I’d like to express our views:

First of all, opening hours are different from our study time, which has brought much inconvenience to us. The library is closed too early. So when we have spare time after class, it is often not accessible (我们有时间的时候图书馆不开 稍微把逻辑关系再表达清楚一点更好). Therefore,

my suggestion is to extend the opening time. Secondly, there are too many outdated books. Specially, the periodicals in the library can't keep up with trends. Thirdly, the library is in a poor study condition, for example the lighting is dingy. Worse still, something is always wrong with computers, which exhausts our patience. For the reasons mentioned above, there are some suggestions for reference .I suggest the headset is provided. What’s more, it is necessary to purchase more books and academic journals, for instance, magazines, periodicals and literature books. Last but not least, we hope that better lighting system will be provided, and the library system will be updated and keyboards will be replaced.

I believe that our library will have a new look in the near future.

Recently, a survey has been conducted among the students in grade three about what they will do during the three month holiday after the College Entrance Exam.

Students have different decisions. About 45% of the students intend to rest at home. They want to relax thoroughly and get ready for college life. While 28% of them prefer to attend English classes .Meanwhile, 15% of them choose to travel outside. And the rest 12% say they’d like to do other things. 对于众多考研学子来说，写作作为考研英语中的第二大高分题型，其重要性依然不容忽视。考研英语中，写作满分30，其中作为A节的小作文就占了1/3。根据考研英语大纲的规定，小作文主要考查考生们的应用文写作能力，要求根据规定情境写出一篇约100词的英语应用文，形式主要有日常生活中的私人或商务信函、备忘录、报告等。其中，从2005年-2014年近10年的真题考查中，我们不难发现小作文部分书信考过9次，仅在2010年考了通知。由此可见，在训练应用文写作时，书信仍然是诸多考研学生们的重点所在。

考研英语中，书信的考查各种各样，大体分为建议信、投诉信、道歉信、感谢信、慰问信、祝贺信等等十几种。其中，建议信的考查又最为频繁，短短10年间，就考了四次，分别是2007年、2009年、2012年和最近的2014年。

建议信是就与自己密切相关的某个或某些问题向有关个人、部门、机构提出合理性的建议，目的是让对方接受自己的主张，已解决现存问题，因此建议信要求简明扼要、目的明确、建议合理、理由充足，以更好地说服对方接受自身想法。写作时，务必要顾忌收信人的感受，指出对方不足、提出建议时语言要委婉和礼貌，切忌质询、命令的口吻。

Moreover, some of the books on shelves are out of date(提出建议二的原因). If you are so kind as to provide us some books such as the latest magazines, we will be very pleased(建议二).

提具体建议时一定要有逻辑，分条进行;而且建议之后或之前一定要附加提出这条建议的原因所在，以更具有说服力，而不要仅仅罗列数条建议，这样也可以增加作文的篇幅，满足题目所要求的词汇量。
