我是一个活泼开朗的女孩，平时有许多的爱好，但每到夏天，我还是最喜欢游泳了。

记得第一次报游泳班时，我说什么也不给爸爸去报，因为我害怕水，爸爸妈妈只好先劝我，带我到游泳馆里参观，并且找到我的同学报的游泳班，让我去试水，我才勉强答应报名。第一次去上课，我忐忑不安地跟爸爸走进游泳馆，只见带我的老师是一个漂亮的阿姨，说话很温柔，我一下子就放下紧张的心，跟老师进去了。刚开始，我还不敢下水，一个人蹲在岸上，老师硬是抱着我放到水中，看到我的>小伙伴都在水里玩，我也就小心翼翼地走到水中央。啊，水真凉！不过还挺爽的，渐渐地，我不再害怕水了，在老师指导下我学会了憋气、浮水、划水……从那以后，我慢慢地喜欢上了游泳，觉得在水里就像一条自由自在的鱼儿，可以尽情地玩乐，真是开心极了！

现在每到暑假，我都缠着爸爸早点给我办游泳卡，只要天气热一点，就去游泳池里泡一下午。我从这边游到那边，从上面潜到下面，有时还会碰到同学，那就在水中嬉戏、玩耍，好不热闹。

>我的爸爸妈妈都不会游泳，所以我要充当小老师，好好教教他们，去年一个暑假，在我的指导下，爸爸也能游好几米，我好自豪！原来游泳那么有趣，早知道当初早点去学习了。

I’m from a beautiful city-Suzhou. No matter in cold days in winter or hot days in summer, a little girl goes to Suyuan Experimental Primary School every morning on bike, with smiling face. That is me-Gu Xun, a lively , bright girl. I have many hobbies and I like sports the most. And I’m good at running, skipping rope, swimming, riding on bike and so on.

Are you strange that a girl like sports so much? The reason is very simple. Firstly, sports can make us stronger and healthier, and far away from diseases. I’m the right example. When I was little , I saw the doctor very often. But after I had sports, I became strong and healthy. Secondly, sports are good for “low carbon life”. Today so many cars, and so much oil is used and waste gas pollutes the air. If people can go to work and back from work on bike like me or on feet, much oil can be saved and the air will be fresh. Why we do not do?
