摘要:研究“扩散渗析预处理—逆流净化—中和沉铜—调PH沉镍”回收硫酸铜脱砷母液中酸及有价金属铜、镍的处理工艺.试验表明:控制脱砷母液流量为220L/h,脱砷母液流量与水流量比为1.1时,酸回收率达77.92%,铜、镍截留率达98%以上,砷截留率达80%以上;中和沉铜控制温度80-90℃、液固比(2-3):1、反应时间3h、终点PH值5.0,铜沉降率达95%以上,镍沉降率为2%以下;调PH沉镍控制PH值至12-13、温度80-90℃、反应时间3h,镍沉淀率达到98%以上,得到的氢氧化镍渣含镍达32.83%,可作为生产硫酸镍等化工产品的原料.
