e.g.I have been here for a long time.
I have been reading the book since this morning.
For a hundred centuries,there is no earthquake here.
所以for一般不和次数-several times连用
我查了一下for several times,确实有这种用法,例如
Drink some water for several times.分几次喝水.
所以你说的句子里用for several times应该也正确.
