which is the most popular book 是tell后的宾语从句,which作主语后面is是系动词,已经是我们所说的陈述语序了啊.is如果放到后面的话理论上可以,但是which就变成了定语了,意义也就变了,而且就这道题来说是不可能which 直接修饰the most popular book的（哪本最流行的书?好错乱,不符合句意,也不符合语法）,可以有which book(哪一本书,就算这样也不符合句意啊)
which 和what 是疑问代词，可以做疑问句中的主语，所以放在前面符合陈述语序，但是放后面也说得过去，可以把which看成表语。
D中用if引导宾语从句，宾语从句缺主语，所以不对，是“是否”的意思
