Introduction
This report sets out to compare and evaluate the two training courses,computer skills and language training,in order to give priority to the more urgent ones.
Findings
We have provided the PPT and Word courses to our staffs in last fiscal season and received a good feedback.Nearly 80% of our staffs can use PPT and Word to deal with their daily work after training.On other side,some staffs asked for further computer training course but the advanced course may not be very consistent with our routine work.
As for the language ability,the lack of foreign language command has triggered a series of problems.For instance,our customer service department has received a lot of complaints from our clients from South America about the poor Spanish of our CS members.Moreover,we cannot start our Spain project effectively without a team equipped with Spanish.
Conclusion
The necessity in language training is more than that in computer skills.
Recommendations
Spanish class should be offered to CS members and the staffs who involved in Spain project.
