B:hi Mr W,i'm making plan for next year.is anything you want me to do?
W:yep,you know our company need one more manager,do you have any idea?
B:let me think while,i get three name for it,all of them have wonderful performance in my apartment.
W:that's good,tell me the details about all of them.
B:A is good at speaking,B work very hard,but i think C is better because she has a lot of idears for different conditions,doing thing very flexible and she can speaking also.
W:ok,show me something about her.
B:she is 24 years old,graduated from U.S.she is very funning,has energy and everything is close perfect without experience.but i think she is young,if she want learn,she can do better.so i think she has potencial.
W:ok i will think about your suggestion,and you can let her become the capital of group in your apartment fast.if she still get wonderful performance i will conside let her to be manager.
