SCX-RP(强阳离子交换仪?)已被应用到许多的课题研究中.无数细菌的,真菌的,动物的,植物的proteomes(蛋白质组?这个词好专业,不知道术语是怎么说的)或subproteomes(副蛋白质组?)都被SCX-RP分析过,而现在上千种蛋白质也可有标准的进行识别.例如分析人的胚胎干细胞时,SCX-RP可以在Mascot值(一种离子值)35以上仍可识别出5000种以上的蛋白质.
实在是对不起,有一些术语我实在是不知道中文怎么说,虽然大概能猜到,但是总归不是特别专业,虽然我是学生物化学工程的,但这些词实在是没在国内时接触到过,所以翻译的不是特别理想望海涵.
