[设计理念]
多媒体课件、网络在英语教学中的应用,为英语教学带来了质的飞跃,它通过利用计算机对文字、图像、声音、动画等信息进行处理,形成声、像、图、文并茂的教学系统,进行视、听、触、想等多种方式的形象化教学。德国教育家斯多惠说过:“教育的艺术不在于传授本领,而在于激励、唤醒、与鼓舞。”在教学中多媒体技术的合理运用,对于培养学生学习英语的兴趣具有重要的作用,它使英语课堂气氛活跃,学生学习积极主动,听说能力提高,合作意识和交往能力也大大增强,学生学习英语的兴趣空前高涨,学生乐于参与、乐于竞争,乐于学习,为今后的英语学习奠定了良好的基础。
本课教学内容是围绕“ Chinese New Year”这一话题展开的,通过学习 “What do you do on?Day?” 这一句型,以学生在中国春节中所做事情为导引,谈论一些节日日期和在节日中所做的事情。利用课件中的歌曲、游戏、声、图、文并茂的单词、课文以及网络信息等丰富的教学资源,形成课堂教学气氛,创设语言情景,充分调动学生的学习积极性,刺激学生的思维。多途径地培养学生的自主学习能力,让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中学会英语并达到用英语做事情的能力。
[教材分析]
本课为自编教材,适用于五年级学生。主要内容是“Chinese New Year”要求学生掌握在春节中常做的事情的短语和句子:wear new clothes, get lucky money, hang up lanterns.以及询问有关节日的信息 “ What do you do on ?Day?”通过春节这一主题进行拓展,围绕节日这一主题展开讨论。学生所学的内容与生活息息相关,通过激发兴趣、设置任务、合作表演、网络制作等方式,结合多种评价方式,促进学生语言运用能力的发展,完成学习任务。 [学情分析]
本课的教学对象是小学五年级的学生。通过二年的英语学习,学生已积累了一些简单的英语知识,初步建立了学习英语的自信心,养成了良好的英语学习习
惯。活泼好动是小学生的天性,喜欢追求美好的事物,善于模仿,乐于表演对电脑游戏和网络有着浓厚的兴趣。针对以上特点,在本课的教学中,我利用计算机具有集声音、图像、文字、动画于一体的多种信息功能,能将声音、图像、文字很好地结合起来,使学生闻其声、观其形、临其境这一功能,充分调动学生的主动学、乐学的学习兴趣和欲望,使学生始终情绪饱满,兴趣盎然地进行学习,从而提高学习效率。
[教学目标]
(1)知识目标
1) 能听、说、读:Chinese New Year, wear new clothes, hang up lanterns,get lucky money.要求语音语调标准。
2) 能听、说、读句型: “What do you do on ?Day?”并运用于对话交流中。
3) 知道节日日期的表达。
4) 学会发送英语电子贺卡。
(2)能力目标
1) 能运用已学的有关月份和日期的单词和句型介绍一些节日,并能够在实际情景中运用。
2) 能询问与回答有关节日中所做事情。
3) 通过人机交互培养学生的自主学习能力和动手操作能力;通过设计并制作电子贺卡培养学生的想象力以及自主学习、自我创新的精神;通过会话表演培养学生人际交往的能力。
(3) 情感目标
1) 通过网络、游戏、竞赛、表演等活动培养学生学习英语的兴趣和运用语言的能力。
2)促进学生的审美情趣,培养学生创新思维能力。

根据信息技术与英语课程相结合的特点,结合教材内容,这节英语课教学以学生为主体,以学生自主探究为主线,以能力的培养为宗旨。学生是学习活动的主人,教师是学习活动的组织者和引导者。教师要努力创设多种多样的方式和机会让学生通过自主、合作、探究等学习方式进行学习,注重教与学的互动和生生互动。在教学过程中,教师要随时给予激励性评价。要尊重学生的兴趣和独特的感受,将集体学习与小组学习结合起来。培养学生的自主学习能力和运用多媒体、网络拓展英语知识的能力。教学方法主要是学生自主探究法、听说法、交际法等,使学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、探究、参与和合作等学习方法完成任务,感受成功。
